YouTube Expert/Specialist

We are looking for a YouTube expert. You're responsible to develop and execute YouTube strategy with a focus on content and channel optimization. You're expected to have deep expertise in YouTube user behavior.

1. Develop a comprehensive YouTube strategy to increase engagement, viewers, subscribers, and traffic, as well as implement and manage YouTube activities
2. Drive maintenance and optimization of YouTube page (e.g.: selecting videos to be published, coordinating thumbnail images, organizing playlists, titling videos, adding effective descriptions and tags, etc.)
3. Expand reach and brand awareness on YouTube
4. Monitor YouTube engagement to create content optimization suggestions
5. Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage YouTube activities
6. Monitor, respond, and manage interactions on YouTube
