Description

Build solutions for users and customers to meet agreed business requirements
Create quality mockups and prototypes
Ensure that high graphic standards are implemented with brand consistency
Design mobile application and web application based features that are slick and compelling
Build reusable code for future use as well as write documentation and guides
Contribute to design of development processes, system architecture and style guides
Contribute to discussions on features and priorities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years experience as a Software Engineer
Has completed major green field and overhaul projects as a sole or major contributor or as part of a team
In depth understanding of and demonstrable experience in agile web development processes and associated tools including: code versioning, test driven development, API mocking, integration testing
Experience in React.JS, React Native, or similar tools preferred
Proficiency in developing prototypes and wireframes
Proficiency in utilising restful APIs (GraphQL, OpenID highly desirable)
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Full stack/back end development and/or DevOps experience well regarded but not essential particularly NodeJS and AWS services
