You will work directly with the owner and you will be primarily responsible for assisting in financing reporting, data analysis for sales performance, preparing reports, and collecting and compiling financial data. This role requires excellent communication, attention to details and analytical skills as you will have to collaborate across the company to drive improvements.

Duties:
• Work with executives and Firm leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to collect and analyze data.
• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Run analysis to increasing business revenue and minimizing the expenditure to the minimum
• Track daily expenses and income of the business
• Drive insights on changes to cut down expenses and to maximize company income
• Creating P&L statement for the organization monthly
• Creating reports to break down the expenses for the business owner
• Manage payroll

Qualifications:
• 2 years minimum experience in accounting, finance, or data analyst role
• Very attentive to details
• Reliable and adheres to deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Can work during US business hours 10am - 5pm CST

Rate is $5/hr
Beginning with 5 to 10 hours per week, work hours will eventually rise to 30 to 40 hours per week.
