Facebook & Instagram ads, English Customer Support via Facebook, and Email for my marketing agency.

Hey! I am looking for a full-time employee to help with customer service, social media marketing, and Facebook Advertising for my marketing agency in the beauty industry.

I have a small and growing, motivated team so I need someone who is friendly and a team player. I also expect you to be able to learn things very quickly - my system, how we prefer our ads built, how to respond to the customers effectively, and more. This means you must be willing to learn fast and work hard.

I want this to be a long-term position. Starting off, I will be communicating a lot with you to train you. I want someone who is available at least 5-6 days a week, every day. This means your internet access should be reliable and your schedule should be clear. This position requires weekend coverage US daytime shift (9am-6pm Eastern).

We are a highly motivated and highly driven team. I expect my tea ---------- mbers to perform well and learn quickly. But I have been told I am very fun to work for and I truly care about my clients and tea ---------- mbers.

*Facebook Advertising experience and overall Digital Marketing knowledge is a must.
*Google Ads, WordPress, ManyChat chatbot, Go High Level experience will be favored and prioritized.
*Better if you have an online portfolio and links that show your expertise and experience.
*With previous client reviews and testimonials are preferred but not required.
*Must have a very fast computer/laptop that will not crash when opening multiple Chrome tabs


IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST KNOW GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT AND COMPLETE THE TRIAL TASKS BELOW:

1.) Create a loom or similar style video creating a google Display ad!

2.) Create a loom or similar style video, creating a google search ad!

3.) Create a loom or similar style video showing how you would create a Facebook ad and explain the targeting you choose behind the ad

Please note the ad copy must be indicative of the Permanent Makeup/ Microblading industry. Please do your research on the industry and look up what other types of ads are running on google for this industry. We are looking for your creativity for the ad copy, and looking at your knowledge of keyword targeting, and overall know how on how to build google display, and search ads.
