Podcast Outreach Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a VA who is experienced in Podcast outreach and has booked their clients as guests on various Podcasts.

I need a list of 30 podcasts where my target audience is listening. Specifically podcasts for SEO geeks and marketing agencies. We will use that list to apply to these shows for the purpose of being a guest speaker for the shows that my work is a good fit for.

I am looking for someone who has experience in researching podcasts for me to apply to as a guest speaker. I need someone great at researching the details of how long the podcast has been running for, if they do regular podcasts and are currently running as well as if their audience is the same or similar to my audience.

I’m an entrepreneur running two successful agencies WLDM and Golden Links. They are established businesses and have been running for 5-7 years. I can help my clients scale their online presence with the help of SEO and backlinks. I will be talking about Golden Links on all the podcasts you get me in.

We are a geographically diverse, remote company. You can work from anywhere you want: Home, co-working space, the beach....as long as it's got a strong internet signal and you can be productive. Work is what you do, not where you go. Though we prefer you use the company Time tracking software i.e Timedoctor.

What to do:
The work will primarily be reaching out to SEO/marketing podcast hosts and sending a script to them, asking them to invite me as a guest on their Podcast as well as following up with them.


Trial Period: 10 hours
Trial Rate: $2 per hour
Salary Range: $5 per hour depending upon proactiveness and experience
