Facebook Compliance Officer

Here at Koop&Koch, our mission is to change the way people do drop shipping. Professionalism is valued very highly in our company and we are now looking for an ambitious >Facebook Compliance Officer. You will be reporting directly to our CEO, and this position has the possibility to grow into a Facebook ads manager.

This position is responsible for the health of our self-developed FNBS™ (Facebook Nuclear Bunker System :) ) and keeping this active at all times. This includes having close cooperation with our Facebook media buyer, and Facebook insiders in preventing & solving Facebook blocks, warming up assets, creating back-ups for The System, and finding ways in which we can further develop this system to be able to better protect ourselves from the Facebook ban hammer.

Your responsibilities as a >Facebook Compliance Officer:

- Upkeep to the FNBS™
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Warming up new business managers, profiles & pages
- Replace any blocked asset ASAP with a newly warmed-up asset
- Optimizing The System to minimize blocks and bans
- Be up to date with the latest Facebook policies, and make sure we are following all compliance rules
- Upkeeping the Google Sheet with all the information, and clearly communicating any changes with the CEO.

- Clear and concise communication with anybody on the team.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team.

Requirements for this role:

- Working knowledge of dropshipping or eCommerce industry
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads and its policies
