We are in search of a Human Resources Manager for our online e-commerce business. This is a part-time position that may turn into full-time in the future depending on performance and need.

Schedule and Benefits:

Main responsibilities include:
• Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures, including daily timeliness
• Coordinating with accounting on time clocks, PTO, and holiday requests
• Prepare official documents such as offer letters, agreements, etc.
• Develop reports and tools for performance assessment and conduct performance reviews
• Provide resolution to employees on any HR-related issues
• Work with other tea
• Update Employee Handbook and SOPs of all HR processes
• Formulating and posting the job requirements on job boards and other employment portals.
• Applicant screening, shortlisting, qualifying candidates, and conducting and coordinating interviews.
• Preparing pre-employment, onboarding, and other related documents
• Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
• Keep and maintain employee records
• Providing reports, and recommendations to Managers
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Required experience and qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of HR-specific experience, and related functions
• Must have good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience using different platforms to hire global talents
• Good understanding of the full recruitment and HR processes
• Proficient in Google Suite (gmail, docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
