We are a Shopify theme company, we are looking for Technical support agents.

You will be in charge of fixing bugs and integration inside customers' stores, you need to be really good with JS, have a great capability of working inside a team, and be motivated.

We need someone who can answer properly to customers and handle tickets independently. The tickets are mainly troubleshooting bugs that can be caused by theme coding, apps, or other scripts integrated by the customers.

You need to be really good with JS since a lot of those bugs are created and fixed with JS.
