Description
As a Lead Developer, you will help ensure that all products are delivered on time and to specification and that they are all of consistently high quality. You must have an eye for a good UX and will participate in all phases of new product development, including design, coding, testing and deployment. Description:
• Excellent knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, CSS, bootstrap, HTML and jQuery
• Expert at developing using WordPress standards
• Good understanding of accessibility considerations and web standards
• Experience creating custom WordPress plugins
• In-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem, version dependencies and security issues
• Experience with Wordpress Multisite
• Intimate understanding of Custom Post Types
• Understanding of RESTful Web Services technologies such as JSON, SOAP, and HTTP
• Works both independently and with other developers
• Proven track record of launching and optimizing production websites
• Extensive MySQL database design and optimization ability
• Experience coding and customizing WordPress themes from scratch
• Experience customizing off the shelf themes
• Experience creating custom functionalities
• Developing and maintaining complex WordPress-based applications
• Writes well-documented code
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A variety of other tasks involved in the development life cycle from start to finish

Requirements
• Bachelor’s /College Degree in Information & Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any related courses
• Years of experience: 5 years of solid work experience

SALARY WAGE: Php 37,500 – Php 45,000.00 (Paid in USD $825 - $975)
OFFICE HOURS: 7:00am - 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)
HOME BASE: Yes
