As a multi-disciplined artist, your primary role is to act as the design lead, responsible for projects while delivering work with brilliant creative ideas, exceptional design, craft skills, and innovative strategic thinking.

We expect our Senior Designers to drive the work by mastering their craft, solving complex problems, taking responsibility, and embracing feedback and constant project changes. They are consistently proactive, accountable, and responsive, instantly adapting to any situation.

Working Hours:
Able to work from 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (12 AM - 8 AM Philippine Standard Time)

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience - Background in advertising (2 years plus)
- Expertise - Creative, Branding, Design, Logo, Infographics, Product, Digital Marketing, Health & Pharma, Consumer Goods, Social Media, Demographic.
- Analytical Skills - You should be able to perceive your work from your consumer's point of view to ensure the designs convey the client's message
- Artistic Ability - You should be able to create artistically attractive designs that appeal to clients and consumers. They produce rough illustrations of design ideas by hand sketching or using computer programs.
- Communication Skills - Proficient in English to communicate with your leader and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure your designs accurately and effectively convey information
- Computer Skills - Know how to use specialized graphic design software to prepare your designs.
- Creativity - You must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to ---------- velop unique strategies that convey our company message
- Time-management Skills - Know how to manage your time to reach multiple projects' deadlines.
