Researcher w/ Flexible Working Hours

I am looking for a Full-Time Research Analyst to help create the systems and process for my businesses and personal life.

Skills and Experience in:
- Self starter that can manage to create clear recommendations with good decision-making rationale
- Written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
- Extensive research on topics such as a variety of concepts within investing, vendors, and social media (Required)
- Detail oriented, especially on managing schedules, budgets, appointments, following up, etc.
- Collaboration, communication, and calendar and payment management of vendors, customers, and potential leads (Required)
- Creating and maintenance of thorough internal standard operating procedures (Required)
- Cold calling, list maintenance, following up with potential commercial real-estate sellers (Preferred)
- Social media idea generation, editing, posting and monitoring progress (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) (Preferred)

About Me:
I own a self-storage (real estate) business and will likely be expanding into other related areas soon. I am extremely excited to bring on my first employee in this business to help me scale and grow it!
