Tasks involved:

1. Write edit briefs for each video. Let’s say there is a long-form video of 10-15min. Write a short brief on how the video editors can make 2-3 reels out of them i.e., which parts to add, and which parts to remove.
2. Allot videos to suitable editors based on stock availability.
3. Add which music to add for the individual videos.
4. Analyze how to make the editing good so that the creator can grow on Reels and TikTok
5. Give short-form video ideas to the creator.

Pay: 30-45$ for 30 reels per creator + option of hiring on a full-time basis in 2 weeks if we like your skills and leadership.
