We're looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Media Buyer Assistant (with some creative genius on the side) to join our digital team, with an emphasis on digital advertising and search engine marketing. We need someone who is entrepreneurial and comfortable with a fast-changing environment. The ideal candidate should already have the technical skills we seek but be ready to learn and accelerate our status quo-busting philosophy.
As an Assistant, you will play a supportive role in executing paid media campaigns via Google Ads targeting corporate executives, skilled workers and leisure travelers. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing paid social, search and display campaigns, and basic analytics analysis; executing award-winning work under the pressures of the ever-changing demands of agency and client life.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Paid Media & SEO, but will work alongside client strategy and client success leads as well as the market research and analytics ---------- addition, you will collaborate closely with DCI’s social, content and website development teams.
As a firm that specializes in attracting visitors, businesses and a talented workforce to communities around the world, we’re looking for someone who has a passion for places and a keen understanding of what Media Buying Assistant will have 2 years of experience, preferably with some knowledge of B2B and/or the tourism/travel marketing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads; including building audiences, uploading ads, adjusting bids and keywords, monitoring social comments, and building UTMs.
• Manage and monitor ongoing campaign performance and budget pacing.

Requirements:
• Proficiency on paid ad platforms: Google Ads.
• Fluent English (speaking, text)
• Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
• Fluent English
• Ability to work traditional US working hours
• Have great communication skill
• Have a positive attitude
• Take a lot of initiative & be proactive
• Be compassionate towards others (Clients, tea ---------- mbers, etc)
