We are looking for an OFFICE ASSISTANT to help run admin work in the office and do sales calls as well.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handles issuing of sales invoices and acknowledgment receipts
- Updates records and ledgers to keep track of transactions, deliveries, and receivables
- Acquires clients through sales calls and occasional field work
QUALIFICATION
- Females preferred
- High-school graduates and/or College undergraduates
- Honest and trustworthy
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions properly
- Willing to face challenging tasks and work under pressure
- Willing to learn and is a fast learner
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Has time management skills by going to work on time
- Able to work with different people from different backgrounds
- Good multi-tasker, can handle multiple roles and responsibilities
