Your Role is To Grow the TikTok Account
1) Create engaging content on TikTok
2) Grow the TikTok followers

Outcomes // KPIs:

* Post 3 times a day on TikTok
* Create engaging content and post 3 times a day
* Research and implement # that are working and trended videos to fit around it.
* Expected to work with the videos and content that is in the Boostly Dropbox. I (Mark) will review any video requests that you send, but for the most part, will be unavailable to create bespoke ---------- is your role to create the content around what is available + what TikTok wants. Example here

*Interact with 5 new accounts a day
Like, Comment and Follow accounts who are connected to Airbnb, Real Estate, Short Term Rentals (VRBO, Booking com), Vendors (Guesty) or marketing



Daily execution of team & administrative ---------- addition to driving NEW followers and building engagement, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks.
End of day:
Send in your “end-of-day report” via Whatsapp

You’re going to be messaging and communicating with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).

This is not an easy job, but it pays well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and doing everything you can to 1) create content 2) grow the account. You must be hungry.

TikTok Growth Expert Description:

Time
You will have the freedom to make your own schedule. That said, you will be expected to create and upload a minimum of 3 TikTok videos a day


You will also be expected to complete your end of day tasks (see above) every Monday-Sunday

You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Whatsapp Note: Boostly is based in the UK


Altogether this is a part-time, 20 hours / wk position.

This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.

You may request off anytime with advanced notice.
