Technical Support Engineer - Front-end Issues, Shopify

We're looking for a technical support agent, that is experienced with HTML, CSS, and other front-end web basics to give support to Shopify merchants. Our merchants use our digital products and they need to be supported with bugs, potential onboarding & other suggestions they have.

Profile:
- Experience with Shopify admin interface, preferable themes, and customizing themes in the theme editor
- HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Liquid experience is a huge plus
- Excellent English writing skills
- Empathy & patience
- Team player, will attend our weekly tea ---------- etings to improve our products and services
