Guest Communications Support with ADVANCED Technical IT Skills

We are a short term residential letting company hoping to recruit a new tea ---------- mber. This persons needs to be fluent in English and have a high level of technical skills to fulfil this role.
This person will communicate with guests via text, email and phone calls ensuring a smooth check in into their holiday home. And provide ongoing support liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams when required. They will work independently but will receive training and ongoing support from other members of the team. This is a permanent, full time role.

Key Role includes:
• use TOKEET channel manager to list properties onto on line travel agencies ie.airbnb, ---------- , etc
• update prices via TOKEET for online holiday guests
• edit and upload photographs
• Communicate with guests and support teams (cleaners, maintenance contractors) via telephone, text and email
- send out emails requesting relevant information prior to guest check in
- answer and make telephone calls to provide/request additional information
- instruct maintenance teams for works when required
- facilitate access to properties for cleaners for mid stay and check out cleans

Administration Tasks including:
- accurate data entry
- organize files/folders on Google Workspace
- basic photo editing
- managing google calendar

WORK HOURS:
Monday – Friday 12 pm – 6 pm (UK time) and 2 weekends a month Saturday or Sunday.

After 2 months of working together we offer:
10 days paid holidays a year (commensurate to working hours)
13 month paid bonus (commensurate to working hours)
Salary increases to $3.50 per hour
5% increase in pay and annuals increase thereafter.
