Looking for a Highly Experienced General Virtual Assistant/ Team Manager for Home Design Company- Full Time

Hello Applicants,

My name is Timothy Salmas and I am a business owner in California, USA. My company focuses on home remodeling. We do everything from architectural design, manufacturing and selling the finish building material (items like flooring, cabinets, counters, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, etc.) and we also do the construction too. We are very much design based, so our image is very important to us.

I am looking for an extremely talented virtual assistant to become a team manager. This team manager will help pre-screen and find other talented virtual staff to help us complete our mission.

The VA manager will handle different tasks such as the following:

• Filter resumes of other virtual workers to build a team
• Communicate daily with virtual staff to make sure we are on schedule.
• Provide daily reports/ logs
• Motivate and inspire team
• Perform normal General VA tasks and duties:
o Email Management/Filtering
o Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
o Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
o Calendar Management
o File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, etc…)
o Database building (e.g. updating email or contact lists on your CRM)
o Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
o Preparing Slideshows (Powerpoint presentations)
o Liaison between you and other team members
o Recruitment (source for other team members like writers or graphic artists)
o Set-up Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
o Manage and update Social Media Accounts
o Product Research

You will start out as a general VA and build up to the manager role. I anticipate within 30 days to bring on the rest of the team.
