Strong WRITER + Outgoing English Speaker NEEDED for Full-Time Virtual Asstiant to CEO role! English Fluency a MUST!

Westside Nannies is a nationally recognized, award-winning staffing agency that specializes in finding exceptional nannies, private educators, and newborn care specialists for busy families throughout the Los Angeles area and beyond. We are a small, quickly growing company run by a team of smart, savvy women who love their jobs. Today we are searching for an incredible virtual assistant to join our team as an assistant (and right hand) to our Managing Director. Please note that this role requires English fluency and excellent English writing abilities.

The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) from 10:00am Pacific Standard Time to 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time (this translates to 1:00am Philippine Standard Time to 9:00am Philippine Standard Time). Although not required candidates who have worked graveyard hours for other US-companies will be given priority. Salary is Php 30,000-50,000/month depending on ---------- addition to salary we provide 6 paid US holidays and 13-month pay after 6 months of work. We pay via Upwork on a weekly ---------- this important role you will serve as the virtual assistant for the Managing Director where you will be responsible for coordinating both personal and professional tasks. Daily duties will include email management, reviewing and responding to emails promptly, scheduling appointments for the principal and her family and maintaining her personal and professional calendars, paying bills, creating expense reports and helping with basic accounting, ghost writing articles and various presentations on her behalf, doing research, purchasing gifts, outreach and coordinating of speaking engagements, ordering holiday cards and gifts, coordinating with various vendors, and maintaining her address book.

This role requires English fluency and excellent English writing ---------- ndidates must have exceptionally good grammar, understand American slang and idioms, and be adept at both technical writing while also having a talent for creative writing. You should be comfortable being on camera for zoo ---------- etings and be naturally outgoing and extremely confident in your English Skills (candidates with native fluency or close to it will be given priority). We’ve found that candidates who have a background in teaching or hospitality excel in this role so if you have past experience in either of those fields you are encouraged to apply.

Someone who is extremely detail orientated is a MUST in this role – we are looking for someone who can ensure all communication is perfect– even noticing if there is an extra space or missing punctuation within a document. If you’re someone who is a natural perfectionist and doesn’t stop until you get something exactly right than you will be the perfect fit!

Lastly, candidates must also be extremely tech savvy and be a quick learner on various software, have strong and reliable internet (as well as a back-up internet source for power outages), and own a computer and smart phone as we utilize various apps.
