this is a position available for an enthusiastic marketing manager position.
the essential role here would be social media marketing manager. however this will include variable skills to deliver this position properly. the agent would be managing a number of clients accounts. for each client the following would be required.
- social media management experience
- analytics reviews presentations, explanations of reviews and future planning for to develop clients following, engagement and conversion.
- creation of presentations explaining the client how we are progressing in their online presence.
- content planning for clients
- trending content research for clients
- liaising with video production team, guiding them in terms of what content will be trending for clients and what style of content is working out there.
- creative ideas for clients that can possibly produce viral content
- post creation for social media
- design for social media posts.
- ability to use softwares that allow design work for social media posts. we can provide access to platforms such as adobe clouds
- development - we will be more than accommodating to help develop the team member as long as its with in her area.
- Video editing - Now video has become part of social media platforms and is essential for content creation. WE don't expect professional edits however the ability to edit a reel in trending formats is now essential
- creating suitable presentations on slides or power point that works for feedback to clients
- ability to understand branding guidelines and understand typesetting and positioning.
- Major production videos our own team will create but the social media manager would be expected to have the ability to chop up videos and upload.
we would be asking for portfolio and experience. an interview with a live basic task to see video editing skills.
We believe in this day and age these are the essential skills required for a marketing manager as social media has changed a lot.
We would like to have a long term relationship and allow the manager to develop their team as we increase in clients.
