Web developer

Hello!
I am looking for a simple 4-5 page website with payment gateway (Paypal, Zelle) , which should be mobile compatible. 2-3 pages will be simply informational, one page will need an appointment scheduling calendar, and one will be a landing page with integrated payment options. My understanding is it should not take more than 4 - 5 hours to put the website up.
Please respond if you have any questions, your pay requirements and 2-3 samples of your work. Also, please mention if you have any other skills , such as funnel building, lead generation, SEO, content writing, copywriting, understanding of branding etc. for future jobs.
