AirBnB/Property Management Guru for Project (READ ENTIRE AD!)

I need someone to email all of the homes on San Diego Craigslist, ask if they would be interested in turning their home into a short term vacation rental for the summer and if they are interested, asking how much they need per night to rent it out, whether they live there or not.

Then, if they are interested, I need it all organized with details about the property, how many rooms, how much, proximity to the beach, owner or renter's phone number and email address and etc.

It is a large project, but should be a lot of fun. If you do well, you may be kept on for further execution.
