JOB OVERVIEW

My team is looking for candidates fluent in English with experience in customer service assistance to aid in the process of growing a quickly scaling real estate management company with opportunities for vertical job growth, pay increases, and bonuses. Any prior Airbnb/VRBO virtual assistance experience will be heavily considered/preferred but is not necessarily a requirement. Sales experience will also come in handy so be sure to include any experiences as such. This is a full-time virtual position but we are in need of round-the-clock service so we will be looking to fill multiple positions.

Job Tasks:
- ~40 hrs/wk
- Daily customer service with guests and tenants via Airbnb platform, property management software, phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Oversee/coordinate scheduling for cleaners and maintenance staff
- Vetting guests
- Create or update listings and misc listing content
- Applicants with 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
