As an Automator, you will be working for Maza Media which is a Toronto-based Marketing Agency which specializes in SEO, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and Google Ads. We need an Automator for a few different reasons, our client acquisition process starts with an appointment setter who will cold call/email every day, we have a detailed step-by-step sales process however we need someone who can automate it and bring everything to life. This includes automating email sequences, using Zapier for Calendly, Stripe and Google Drive for both the sales process and onboarding process. The Automator is very important to the company because they will make sure everything is running smoothly on the backend of the business so that our leads can flow through our funnel without any problems.
Responsibilities include:
- Strong technology skills
- Knowing email sequencing

- Being able to connect different online applications together
- Assisting our Appointment Setter and Sales Representative
