Marketing by Monrae is looking for a skilled Community Manager to join our team as one the professionals for the company's newly established community, Millionaire Mob University.

At Marketing by Monrae our mission is to educate, empower and transform individuals with the educational resources to simplify marketing through the combination of data and creativity. Our core focus is to empower and equip entrepreneurs with skills, knowledge and resources to help make marketing easy.

One of the many ways that we live out our mission is through our educational platform Millionaire Mob University.

As a member of the Millionaire Mob University team, you will be an essential part of our Customer Success and Strategy Team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing our community and keeping engagement up by overseeing community involvement.

Responsibilities:

- Managing all offline and online events
- Manage company Facebook groups
- Assist with different events we host in the community, challenges, or live events
- Managing student payments and working with students on Financial Aid & financing in their programs
- Managing our intern program
- Working with our Program Director to expand programs
- Creating/structuring and managing an affiliate program
- Community Engagement
- Event Management
- Scheduling

What makes a good Community Manager?

- 3-5 years of experience with community management, marketing, or academic counseling
- Must have a strong marketing background as our business focuses on marketing
- Experience with presenting, training and developing others
- The ability to dedicate at least 20 -25 service hours per week
- Intermediate to advanced technology and computer skills
- Shares in our company's core values of vision, impact, service, ingenuity and dedication
- Ability to work and communicate with a team in an online collaboration platform.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
- Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, innovative and creative
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Availability to work weekends(if needed when we have events)
