Project Manager/Business Analyst

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our growing team.

A PM/BA at Changing Digital focuses on creating business value, amazing user experience and exceptional product quality for ---------- is hands-on, involving planning, scoping and delivery, making sure projects are on time and on budget. We are looking for a problem solver who revels in knowing every detail of a project, serving as the point person internally, and with clients.

> 2+ years of relevant experience at an agency in a similar role
> Experience managing web projects, working directly with designers, developers and clients
> Experience working directly with clients
> Experience working with a remote team
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills

> Familiarity with market-leading technologies such as content management systems

> Create requirements from stakeholders, ensuring documentation is complete, understandable, and unambiguous
> Develop appropriately detailed specifications so they are clearly understood by the development teams
> Develop, scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the development team
> Set weekly check-ins with clients to update them on progress
> Track and report project progress, milestones, budgets, and tea ---------- mber utilisation
> Track, assess and prioritise tasks for the dev team in Jira
> Proactively determine next steps for the project overall
> Manage client enquiries both internally and externally
