Tech Savvy, Creative & Driven Executive Virtual Assistant

Looking to hire a driven, tech savvy, and reliable VA to deliver on various projects to start with prior to converting to more regular part time or full time work.

Projects will include a variety of tasks and require proficiency in English, mastery of various online softwares or systems including, but not limited to Canva, Excel, Google (variety of google products including doc, excel, maps, online research), Asana/Trello, etc. Having proficiency and mastery in video editing is a HUGE plus and would yield to much longer hours of employment.

Projects range from management of social media platforms and channels, design and regular posting of social media content, creation of various databases per request, YouTube channel posts and comment replies, video ---------- for Facebook ads, TikTok etc.

Applicants must feel comfortable to make phone calls and set appointments. Must speak fluent English and have a professional demeanor. For calls made to set listing appointments, a bonus may be offered if the appointment set results in a successful close of a transaction.

The position is to become an executive VA for someone who manages a real estate company and an insurance agency based in the US.

(The real estate company is relaunching their presence on the web and will be posting biweekly YouTube videos which will also need to be edited. If a VA can offer advanced editing skills, this would be a huge plus!)
