JOB OVERVIEW

Tilcare, a company that specializes in manufacturing healthcare products, is currently seeking a creative, talented, self-starter to join our team and manage our Social Media Accounts. You will be in charge of creating and implementing our social media strategy as the social media manager in order to strengthen our marketing and sales initiatives and increase our online presence. Equally as important, you will work as a Product Researcher, a vital position in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The primary role is to locate products from online supplier websites that might be offered through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.

The role is open for a long-term position with a 4–8 hour workday schedule. We provide a beginning hourly compensation of $3 with opportunities for advancement.

6 months of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role

Product Research skill is a plus, but not required

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

Photo editing is a must skill with knowledge of using Photoshop or Canva. Video editing is also a plus.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Familiarity with web design and publishing

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
