programmer/back end/coding/design

I need somebody with knowledge of coding in Wordpress, able for example, creating a test site to install and test a new theme before implementing it, translating/changing buttons in woocomerce (for example:"enrol" instead of "buy"), use of WPMU Course Press Pro and be able to help solving problems like changing the template, showing wrong comments, or any problem related to online course creation (there is going to be a lot of this!). Frontend, preferable knowledge of minimalist style web design and able to twist any theme from Themezilla. Able to work on his/her own and have initiative. I need somebody to help me, no to give me more work :)
I am easy-going and flexible and would love to work with sb to help me out!
