About Us:
We are Get Claude. We manage a group of online consumer brands based in the United States. We also handle ECommerce for Health and Wellness and Digital Marketing for Health and Wellness products, ceramics, eco-friendly living, etc.

Work Schedule: US Working Hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT/PST (with some flexibility)

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Procurement/Purchasing
- Sourcing of suppliers (within the United States and globally)
- Product research
- Purchasing of existing products to existing manufacturer
- Orders monitoring to ensure schedules are met
• Inventory and Logistics
- Replenishment of products to Amazon and ECommerce platforms via FBA shipments from multiple 3PL/vendor locations
- Inventory analysis and allocation
- Shipment tracking and monitoring

Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Great communication and email etiquette
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Problem-solving skills for open-ended tasks
- Experience in Supply Chain Department/Procurement
- Experience with Amazon and other E-Commerce platforms
- A team player who can work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
- With a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
