JOB OVERVIEW

We run a growing eCommerce lightings store and we’re looking for someone to take on the day to day customer service and sales responsibilities so that we can focus on growing the business. We would like to find someone who can help our team build our brand and provide honest straight forward and non-robotic communications to our customers.

We will train you in everything you need to know:
- Customer Support: Answering customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk chat. ... Sometimes they’ll ask you to help them decide which product to buy.
- Sell: Take orders over the phone, convince prospective customers to buy. Give discounts and quotes, negotiate with potential customers.
- Leads: Follow up with leads - make phone calls and send emails to prospective customers
- Order Fulfillment/Management: Keep customers updated on order status, delivery status, customers issues such as defects, other order changes, questions, returns, etc.
- Sales & Invoice Tracking: Enter/Track sales and cost information into sales spreadsheet, and file digital invoices
- Make customers happy!

Requirements:
+ Must speak fluent english
+ Good customer service skills
+ Must be e-commerce savy - We are in the lightings industry so the more you know about lightings, bulbs, the better

This is for a full time position, and working hours are 9-6 PM Philippines time Mon-Fri with 1 hour lunch break. Salary is USD400/month for the beginning and we will pay once a week. Once we're satisfied from the performance we will raise / give bonuses if needed.

The job will start with a 1 week trial period to see how well you accomplish the first few tasks. If the performance is exceptional we will hire you on a long-term basis. Please also let us know in detail if you have other commitments.
