AMAZON SPECIALIST/ FINANCIAL ANALYST/ INVENTORY PLANNER

The Amazon Specialist/ Financial Analyst/Financial Modeler position is looking for a high calibre individual to join a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate should possess strong business analytics skills; deep knowledge in Amazon Seller Central management; experience in inventory management; and is energetic and passionate about online sales and marketing.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Manage Amazon marketplaces in North America, Europe and Asia
· Optimization of ad campaigns (A/B testing, keyword optimization, bid optimization, segmentation) based on platform goals
· Monitor and strive for continuous improvement of key metrics in online marketing like cost per click, conversion rate, advertising cost, average order value, return rate
· Prepare monthly reports highlighting KPIs and ROI
· Ability to plan inventory replenishment and purchase orders
· Keep abreast of third-party service provider’s program development and identify opportunity for management
· Manage inventory planning, shipment planning, purchasing, logistics, for all market places
· Provide customer services and answer daily customer enquiries

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in successfully managing Amazon Seller Central in US, Canada and Europe
· Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing in North America or Europe
· Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in statistics, business analytics, marketing, management, or related discipline from a recognized university
· Must be familiar with Amazon’s reporting system and be able to quickly retrieve required reports to support management and international accounting requirements
· Ability to learn, understand and implement third party service provider’s programs quickly
· Numerical accuracy and attention to detail is vital to this position. The candidate should be able to keep track of inventory with a high level of accuracy.

· High energy level with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn; ability to take direction and work independently
· Has exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel accurately
