NEED THUMBNAIL EDITOR FOR YOUTUBE

I need someone for my YouTube to make Thumbnails for me, I no longer have time to do this myself and really need to outsource it.
I intend to make really attractive thumbnails with attractive fonts and my face or body cut out in the image.
I need someone who can cut images out with the outline very smooth, someone who has a variety of fonts to use and can do gradient colors in text without it looking tacky, can do drop shadows, blur effects, 3D image effects, add extra images into the photo and make it blend without looking tacky.

I would pay $5-10 per thumbnail depending on the difficulty. As my channel grows, which I have had a lot of growth in the past and intend to bring my channel back to life, I will pay more.

Anyone who applies would need to do a sample edit to be considered for the position.
