Helpdesk Support, Dayshift, Urgent

Responsibilities:
·Assist customers via client website
·Update customer information
·Email support
·Follow up customer concerns via phone

Job Requirements:
The company is in need of potential candidates who possess the following
:· Graduate of a 4-year course or has equivalent work experience.
· Familiarity of using WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and other basic office programs.
· Excellent or above average communication skills in English, both verbal and written
· Good customer service skills & attention to detail
· Willing to be trained· Willing to work at our office in Ortigas, Pasig.
· Punctual, can work Australian hours & work days.
· Call Center / Customer service experience is a plus

The successful candidate will be supporting clients based in Australia
