Telemarketers,Dayshift, Urgent

Responsibilities:
·Call leads (*list of leads and their corresponding numbers will be provided through excel sheets)
·Reporting, Collect info from leads
·Send emails to interested leads
·Follow up with prospects to see if they are interested in our services/products & events
·Previous Telemarketing/Sales experience is an advantage
· Coordinate with internal departments in case further assistance is needed

Job Requirements:
The company is in need of potential candidates who possess the following:
· Graduate of a 4-year course or has equivalent work experience.
· Familiarity of using WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and other basic office programs.
· Excellent or above average communication skills in English, both verbal and written
· Good customer service skills & attention to detail
· Willing to be trained
· Willing to work at our office in Ortigas, Pasig.
· Punctual, can work Australian hours & work days.
· Call Center / Customer service experience is a plus
