JOB OVERVIEW

Social Media Coordinator (Permanent WFH)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute and manage paid social media ad campaigns, including targeting and optimizing to improve performance, maximize spend, and reach target audiences

- Work with leadership to develop the content ---------- sign and execute organic social media content aligned with the brand.

- Track and report on organic and paid social media including brand exposure, impact on website traffic, membership/product conversion, and social engagement; leverage analytics to inform or adjust content calendar?



SOCIAL MEDIA SKILL SET:

- Experience in social media ad development, audience building (specifically re-targeting experience) bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations within search, publisher display media, network media buys, and/or social media online trafficking and campaign management experience

- Hands-on knowledge of and experience with a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

- Knowledge of content trends for both writing and designing artwork for ads.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course connected with Marketing Management, Advertising, and Communications or relevant.

- 3-5 years previous marketing-related experience - B2B and diverse skillsets welcome (including those from digital marketing agencies)

- Virtual Assistance/Home-based Marketing experience is a PLUS!

- Strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and DSPs

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships internally and with current and prospective channel partners

- Be driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly adopt and leverage emerging tech

- Knowledge of email marketing, web analytics preferred

- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic


Basic Technical Requirements:

- Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i3 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed

- A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10-15Mbps with a backup internet connection

- Noise-canceling headset/headphones

- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
