With VitaWerks, Nursing/Long Term Care facilities as well as hospitals find their match nurses and healthcare professionals. There are thoughts of healthcare jobs out there going unfilled everyday. We have a "so called" shortage in healthcare staff. At Vitawerks, we believe, the shortage can be rectified, if we use smart technology, automation to help dramatically speed up the process of connecting both sides.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Sourcing of leads
- Lead Generation
- Identifying new sources of recruitment, cold calling and building pipeline of healthcare professionals to meet monthly hiring
targets.
- Creating new ways of generating leads based on business needs.
- Preparing job descriptions for various profiles and updating vacancies on social media handles.
- Streamlining the recruitment process and managing database of healthcare professionals.
- Cold calling the facilities and establishment to get potential leads.
- Setting up a relationship with other businesses that can provide good sources of HCP.

- Experience in lead generation
- Experience is sourcing applicants / candidates
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
- Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
- Self-Starter with willingness to learn
