JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a husband and wife team and our two individual coaching businesses in Australia are seeking a highly motivated, clever and innovative MARKETING GURU to join our team.
We run a purpose and values driven business and are looking for the right high performing team
member who is aligned with our cultural values — someone who wants to help innovate the personal development industry and make a bigger impact in the world.

Previous experience is great but ideally you need to have a thirst for knowledge and apply

The core responsibilities & outcomes for this role include:
›› Create clean, modern designs for marketing campaigns from scratch
›› Integrate websites with Wordpress and Optimizepress
›› Learn ongoing marketing strategies through Digital Marketer, Dominate Web Media and other
advanced Facebook strategies to help create Landing Pages
›› Contribute to the 'Continuous Improvement' of the business
›› Prepare, check and deliver content on what's currently on trend in the market
›› Delivering result based campaigns with full KPI breakdowns to improve future campaigns
›› Other activities that serve the team and admin tasks as required
›› Schedule appointments in online calendars
›› Field email enquiries from new prospects using scripts and convert new enquiries to appointments
