You will be joining a company with an incredible family-based culture and commitment to supporting our clients to create successful digital marketing businesses.

Position:
VA for the Project Manager and Internal Sales ---------- tails:
20hours p/week. $12 AUD/hour


Responsibilities:
Management of multiple CRM platforms incl; Close io, Acuity and Monday.
Systems Expert, can understand and navigate multiple systems and software.
Creating new systems, processes, and pathways for administration procedures.
SOP creation and mapping.
Responsible for data collection, reporting and KPI tracking.
Troubleshooting systems, software, and CRM platforms.
Projects and new business development.
Support with onboarding new tea ---------- mbers into our systems and software.
Responsible for relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
Supporting our sales team from a systems perspective.


Systems we use and important you have experience in:
Acuity Scheduling
Close io

This job is for you if you are:
Technology and systems savvy (this is a must).
Favoured if you have previous experience using the software mentioned above.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with data collection, collating numbers, and detailed reporting.
Flexible with working hours if required.
Happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to contribute, come up with ideas, give feedback and new ways of creating streamlined processes.
Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to deliver results at pace.
A professional and positive attitude.

This is a highly skilled and experienced role for someone who has been doing this for others in the digital marketing industry. This is not a role for VAs just starting out or learning the ropes.
