In Need Of A Superstar Project Manager (Admin)

We are looking for a superstar Admin/Project Manager.

We are a tight-knit team specializing in web development and low code automation for some to the world’s top health and fitness brands.

There are 14 members on our team from all around the globe, including 5 from the wonderful people of the Philippines!

The whole team is assembled…except for one special someone who can help our fearless leader stay organized and free from project management burdens.

Some consistent duties include:

- Assigning projects to departments that need the job done
- Assuring that projects are delivered on time
- Helping to keep our project management software stays in top condition
- Creating SOPs
- Assuring tasks are completed on time
- Checking up tea ---------- mbers who are assigned to projects
- Attending meetings, taking detailed notes
- Email management
- Calendar management
- And most importantly: Making sure that details don’t get missed!

Here is what we need from our newest tea ---------- mber:

1. Enjoy handling a majority of the tasks above. We are all very passionate about our particular roles and only want to work with others who feel the same!
2. Fluent in English. Both written and spoken needs to be on point.
3. Hyper-organized and detail oriented. We would like everything tidy and on top condition.
4. Can work full time and in our time zone. Which is Eastern Standard Time (as close to 9am to 5pm as possible).
5. Loooooves ---------- pecially new software. You will have access to some of the most helpful tools on the planet.
6. **No nonsense work ethic**. If you are hoping this will be the job that will finally help you get and stay motivated, then this isn’t the job for you. We are looking for someone who has a track record of hard work.
7. **Motivated by making a difference.** If you can help Mike (our owner) focus on what Mike does best - which is being the face of our fast-growing company, then you will have one of the most important roles at Fitness Marketing Machine.
8. **Likes to have fun.** We work our tails off!!! But we also love to laugh, joke around and play games, when it doesn’t detract from our ability to serve our clients.
