Realtor Recruiter

We have a list of 1000 Realtors that we would like to potentially recruit to our firm. We want to make sure that they are a match with our core values. We would like to formulate a plan with an experienced Realtor recruiter (Is that you??) , to likely have you call the people from the list, ask them various questions, and ultimately get a meeting scheduled between them and our company broker. Then we would want you to do things to help with the follow up of those agents to get them to eventually make the move.
