Qualifying Analyst

We are looking for an experienced call representative that is able to effectively communicate with clients located in the US during US business hours. The right applicant is able to read, write, and speak English fluently in order to acquire and record information from prospective leads. We require all applicants to be available for full-time work during US business hours and are located in the Philippines. This is a long-term position.

Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. We have built out an offline and online marketing system that consistently generates leads and prospective customers who then call into our call center. This position will be tasked with calling customers back to gather additional information.

All prospective applicants will receive detailed and thorough training prior to calling prospective customers on their own. A strong call support background is an absolute ---------- dividuals who have experience or understand US real estate is a plus, but not a requirement. Familiarity with CRM software, such as Pipedrive, is also a plus but not required.
