We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and manage a pipeline of active solar projects and be responsible for ensuring great customer communication fast installations and speedy progress of all milestones.

The right candidate is someone who has experience with solar installations, understands the ins and outs of quality service, and construction, and delivers exceptional customer experience. The right Solar Project Manager is a detail-oriented person, who’s also great at managing relationships, and making sure all parties feel respected, heard, and valued.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

Manage an active pipeline of solar projects, ensuring your pipeline will see timely progress across each stage, and an ultimate goal of contract submission to solar installation in under 60 ---------- municate with the consultant, homeowner, and Project manager to resolve any issues holding up your project, including work order changes, homeowner associations, or any other blocker that might arise needing to be addressed so the project can move forward.

Work directly with the Powur project manager assigned to the projects to ensure seamless communication and maximum speed and efficiency.

Be responsible for resolving communications with consultants and Powur Project managers within 24 hours, so we are never leaving our customers feeling disappointed or neglected.

Work with our CRM systems to update the status of projects timely, and ensure all reporting and analytics are accurate.





Qualifications & Attributes:

Required: solar and/or project management experience with a solar company.

Positive, fun, and winning attitude to get things done!

Self-motivated independent worker.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and highly organized.

Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.

Ability to be highly successful in a virtual/remote corporate environment.

Experience with CRM or project management systems such as GoHighLevel, Rapid Funnel, Notion, etc

College degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of ---------- pensation & Benefits:

Hourly Pay commensurate with Experience
