We are a community of online entrepreneurs recruiting a Sourcing Lead to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist/Lead
-Exceptional English communication skills (both oral and written)
-Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
-Strong Math skills
-Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
-Strong Sales & Negotiation skills
-Good understanding of Supply Chain processes
-International logistics/supply chain experience
-Business management experience is a plus but not required
-Strong time management skills
-Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Stable and fast internet connection
-Ability to source 100s of product simultaneously through the use of systems, SOPs, and templates

How you will create Value:
-Supplier Relationship Management
-Continually improve our purchasing terms including price, credit terms, quality of product, and lead time for Parts that we already stock in inventory
-Negotiate with new and existing suppliers for better purchasing terms
-Source and rate suppliers for new parts we'll want to stock in inventory
-Arranging samples prior to PO to be delivered to a lab for testing
-Issuing PO's
-Maintain costing integrity with current vendors
-Monitor market prices, market trends, and competitor strategies
-Perform detailed analysis of spend, contract terms, and conditions

Starting Salary Range: $700-$800
