Graphic Designer / Marketing Manager

Twin Oaks Real Estate is a large Real Estate company based in California. Our brokerage is constantly growing, and currently we have over 200 agents and staff. We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing Manager to be on call for the entire brokerage.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for graphic design and is able to use their artistic abilities to communicate ideas, inform consumers, and solve problems. Some of the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Create Fliers
Create Postcards
Manage Social media & create posts, stories, stickers
Create custom graphics/logos
Create email marketing campaigns
Website design & maintenance

This position will have a great deal of creative control and responsibility. We are looking for someone who is interested in building their career with Twin Oaks and working with us long term. Please note this is a full time position and you are expected to always be reachable during set working ---------- eelance work during company hours is not tolerated and will lead to instant termination. Reliable power and strong internet with an internet backup is required.

Pay: $6-7 per hour
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 8:00a -4:30p (PST)

Required Skills:
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Knowledge of the industry's standard software.
Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
