Graphic Designer/Illustrator for POD products

Need a part time Graphic Designer to design POD products for a start-up e commerce company. Need a minimum of 2+ years experience and be able to commit 20+ hours per week for the next 6 weeks. Permanent part time work likely in January if successful. Experience in t shirt design and POD ecommerce a must.

Requirements:
Candidate needs to have 2 to 4 years experience in original designs for t shirts, mugs, posters, clothing and other POD items.
Must be experienced in developing original watercolor type artwork, portraits, vector portraits, etc. Must be creative and able to quickly turnaround original, innovative and differentiated design work.

Need to overlap with US EST hours. Need to be available for calls during US EST morning hours
Experienced with t shirt designs appealing to mothers, families, musicians, and dog and cat lovers

In order to be successful:
Turnaround time is very important. Must be able to turnaround designs around within 1 or 2 days

$3 to $4 per hour based on experience. Paid trial period.
