YouTube Documentary Script Writing

Hello,

I am looking for a script writer for long-term collaboration.

I am starting a YouTube channel and I will make documentary videos about how companies were built and about famous business people and their life story.

"Business Stories" ( ---------- ) is an example channel in that niche that I like so you get an impression of the videos, their style and the required production quality. (Just put the name of the channel into the YouTube Search and it will be the search result at the top!)

1) Having solid script writing experience (good references; experience writing for documentaries would be best). Please directly provide script examples if you can.

2) Delivery time of a script (1800 words) for a video of the example I provided above. Imagine you receive a topic from me (e.g. "the story of the founder of company X"). How long would it take you to deliver the finished script?

4) Expected salary per script

My target is to produce and publish 4-5 videos/per week. That means I will need that many scripts per week from you. I want to stand out with my videos and that starts with the script!


Expected qualifications:

- Good storyteller
- Experience writing scripts for documentaries or related content
- Able to develop a story that captivates the audience (e.g. develop interesting side stories from a main storyline that makes the script stand out from videos on the same topic)
- Able to write convincing intro for the beginning of the video (first 20 seconds to 1 minute) with a strong hook and a good summary at the end of the video (20 sec)
- Able to do solid research (factual correctness is important)
- Able to write in perfect English and with good flow (e.g. you use Grammarly for assistance)
- Able to document sources used for writing the script
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Very good work-attitude
- Team player

Nice to have qualifications

- Can do content research for the video (research and download pictures/video clips etc.)...
- You can do YouTube thumbnails with good CTR
- You have experience growing a YouTube channel to relevant subscriber count and views
