Part time video editing

Please don't respond to this posting unless you are very experienced with video editing.
I create tutorial videos using Screenflow. I want to email these videos to you for editing, and uploading to Youtube and Vimeo. I also need you to optimize them for YouTube. You are a highly organized person who is able to meet strict deadlines. You are comfortable with Vimeo, Screenflow, Facebook, and YouTube. KNowing how to use LeadPages is a plus.
