JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
In your role as Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall company sales objectives are met. The company requires the Sales Manager to oscillate between the appointment setting process, inbound closing and the outbound closing processes to ensure that the group's KPIs and targets are met. You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team across all areas of the sales process under your ---------- is your role to lead from the front, as Sales Manager you are responsible for closing the deals that the Account Executives can not and ensure that you and your team deliver outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner that meets and exceeds customer expectations along with iSmart Medias strategies and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To be proactive in the closing of potential customers
To ensure that minimum conversions are maintained with the inbound sales staff.
To ensure that there is a sales person available for each booked appointment
To coach and train sales people
To hold all sales staff accountable to set targets weekly and daily targets
Ensure that each sales member reports back their sales results each day
Ensure that sales agents invoices are submitted and check each week
Ensure that each sales agent understands the companies products and represents them in an honest and ethical manner
Develop, foster and maintain relationships with customers and internal colleagues to build loyalty and financial ---------- t a professional, can do, standard for your staff
Lead from the front and ensure that you are setting the pace of activities and that your team is following you to achieve their targets and KPIs
Work in consultation with the Energy Smart Media’s team members to consistently achieve a high standard in sales, customer service ,operational excellence and a positive and fun team culture
Ensure that all reports are prepared and presented on time in a clear format with an in depth understanding of the information that you are reporting on
Conduct monthly performance reviews with all staff in the sales team
Have weekly one on one meetings with all your subordinates or team leaders to ensure that they are hitting and exceeding their KPIs
Ensure that sales staff invoices are submitted each month

Core Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing or related field.
Sales: Exceptional sales skills and results driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, persuade and influence customers and successfully coordinate and manage the end sales process
Customer Service: Demonstrate a passion for engaging the customer, educating the customer on the benefits of solar energy nurturing relationships and taking pride in your work, delivering great outcomes for your customer
Teamwork: Ability and desire to work as a part of a team making a valued contribution to a positive and successful team culture
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional phone manner with the ability to listen, articulate clearly and engage with customers, colleagues and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
Flexibility and Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a passion for taking on new challenges and contributing to and implementing new ideas. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize, manage a number of tasks and responsibilities and remain calm and focused in busy times.
Technical: Strong computer skills

Desirable Qualification:
Experience in the management sales, phone sales, call center sales and the solar energy industry desirable but not mandatory
