SHOPIFY WEB DEVELOPER

We are looking to hire an amazing Web Developer to play a vital role in the business by assisting with building and maintaining our website and associated technologies such as apps and integrations.

Experience required
- Previous web development experience
- Shopify development experience
- Great track record of developing good-looking and good-functioning websites
-Experience integrating new technologies and applications with Shopify

Responsibilities
- Handle all web development work
- Diagnose and fix any issues that may come up at any time
-Manage installation of new apps and programs
-Contribute to the design, look, and feel of our website
-Work with our marketing team to improve conversion rates
- Create landing page split tests so we can see which page changes convert the best
- Build entire workflows, and customer experience flows for personalized products and services
-Assist with operational issues that can be solved with custom-coded systems if needed

Above all, we’re looking for an experienced web developer with amazing people skills and an excellent work ethic. This position is a great opportunity to grow quickly into other managerial/leadership roles in the future.

Starting compensation: $5-$10 an hour, paid bi-weekly.
Hours: 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week.
Location: Fully remote
Benefits: This position will be eligible for company-sponsored benefits such as medical and dental allowances, PTO, Sick time, paid holidays, and paid birthday off. Benefits begin after the introductory ---------- roductory period: The employee's first 90 days of employment is considered an introductory period.
Bonuses: The role is eligible for yearly performance-based bonuses equal to 3-10% of the total annual salary.
